About your subscription.

New users get a 1-week free trial of Vault Premium. You'll only be charged at the end of the trial. Cancel anytime during the trial through your Apple ID settings and you won't be charged.

Billing is managed entirely by Apple through your Apple ID. No card details are ever given to Vault Studio. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Vault → Cancel Subscription. Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Yes. Change your plan from the same Subscriptions page on your Apple ID. Switching from monthly to annual applies immediately; the reverse takes effect at the next renewal.

Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's policies apply. We don't handle refunds directly since we never receive your payment.
